  • Raw Materials

    We use high-quality steel and zinc sourced from trusted vendors such as SAIL and TATA. The materials meet international and Indian standards, including BSEN 10025 Grade SJ 355 JO and IS 2062 Grade E 350 A, ensuring strength, durability, and long-term performance of the poles.

  • Sheet Cutting

    Large metal coils are processed through high-precision decoiling and shearing systems. With a width capacity of 2200 mm, thickness up to 8 mm, and coil weight support of 30 tons, sheets are cut accurately to size before forming begins.

  • Trapezoidal Cutting

    To optimize material use and reduce waste, the sheets are cut into trapezoidal shapes. This ensures maximum yield and forms the basis for polygonal or octagonal pole profiles.

  • CNC Press Brake

    Using advanced CNC press brake machines, the cut sheets are bent into the required pole shape. These machines can handle sheets up to 13 meters long and 8 mm thick, delivering consistent bends and high structural accuracy.

  • Welding

    The bent metal sections are welded using CNC-controlled welding machines. These machines produce linear, precise welds that enhance joint strength and ensure long-term integrity of the pole structure.

  • Grinding

    After welding, grinding is done to remove burrs, smoothen edges, and refine the overall surface finish. This step also ensures dimensional accuracy and prepares the pole for galvanizing

  • Base Plate Fitting

    The base plate is welded to the bottom of the pole shaft. This critical step provides solid anchoring and allows the pole to be fixed to its foundation with maximum stability and safety.

  • Door Fitting

    An access door is installed approximately 500 mm above the base plate. This allows safe and convenient access for fitting electrical components, winch systems, or control gear inside the pole

  • Galvanization

    Poles are galvanized using a 7-tank hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure long-lasting corrosion protection. The zinc bath size (12.25m x 1.05m x 1.25m) accommodates even large poles, coating both internal and external surfaces uniformly.

  • Straightening & Finishing

    After galvanizing, the pole may undergo straightening to remove any deformation. Final finishing tasks — including fitting accessories and surface touch-ups — are completed in this step to prepare the pole for inspection.

  • Packaging and Labelling

    Poles are packed using durable, protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Each unit is clearly labelled with specifications, handling instructions, and regulatory compliance details for ease of identification and safety.

  • Loading and Dispatch

    A customized loading plan is followed, considering the size, weight, and type of pole. Using EOT cranes, poles are carefully loaded for safe, balanced transportation to domestic or international destinations.

2. Raw Material & Component Testing

  • 100% physical and chemical verification of raw materials, with tensile and yield strength checks via NABL-accredited labs.
  • Sample testing of critical bought-out items like Winches, Motors, SS Wire Ropes, Trailing Cables, and Feeder Pillars.
  • In-process and final product testing as per Manufacturing Quality Assurance Plans.

3. Validated Structural & Foundation Designs

  • Every lighting pole is designed using load-specific analysis based on wind zones, seismic zones, and project location.
  • Foundation designs are prepared considering soil bearing capacity, site-specific loading, and long-term stability.

4. Mechanical & Electrical Assurance

  • Ongoing upgrades in pole and accessory design using modern technologies.
  • Electrical systems designed to ensure safe, efficient performance with optimal accessory rating for long life.

5. Advanced In-House Galvanization

  • We operate four in-house 7-tank galvanization plants with 12.5-metre-long GI baths.
  • This ensures deep, uniform zinc coating for superior corrosion resistance and extended pole life.

6. Stable Suspension & Uniform Lighting

  • Our 3-wire rope suspension system ensures precise carriage positioning and long-term durability in high mast applications.
  • Lighting poles are engineered for 360° or 180° uniform area lighting, ideal for airports, ports, highways, stadiums, industries, and public spaces.
