At Frisson Globalize, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace across all our manufacturing operations. As a trusted manufacturer and exporter of lighting poles, we take proactive measures to ensure the well-being of our employees, contractors, clients, and the communities we serve — while also protecting the environment we operate in.
2. Health & Safety Commitments
- We ensure the safety of all employees, visitors, and contractors through structured safety protocols and awareness programs.
- All personnel are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, shoes, masks, and safety harnesses.
- We are committed to the prevention of accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses by identifying hazards and managing risks at every stage.
- Comprehensive risk assessments are conducted before high-risk operations like welding, hot dip galvanizing, and heavy lifting.
- We maintain fire safety systems, conduct regular mock drills, and ensure first aid readiness at every production unit.
3. Environmental Commitments
- We actively follow the reduce, reuse, and recycle principle to minimize our environmental footprint.
- All hazardous substances, including galvanization by-products, are managed and disposed of responsibly.
- Our operations fully comply with local and international environmental regulations, including ISO 14001.
- We work to reduce energy consumption, enhance resource efficiency, and lower our carbon emissions.
- Dust, noise, and wastewater from production are carefully monitored and controlled to protect surrounding areas.
